If you request a refund of any amount credited to your Cloutin.co wallet, the requested amount will be refunded to your bank account within 14 to 20 business days after the request is processed. Please note that this applies only to amounts that are not reserved for active campaigns or ongoing orders.
Active Campaigns: Any funds that have been reserved for active campaigns are non-refundable. These funds are allocated to ongoing influencer partnerships and cannot be withdrawn or refunded once the campaign has started.
Affiliate Campaigns & Marketplace Orders: For affiliate campaigns or marketplace orders that are in progress, refunds are generally not available. These campaigns require upfront commitments to influencers, and therefore, the funds are locked in once the campaign is launched.
In the rare case where a significant mistake or error is caused by the influencer during a campaign or order, we will review the situation on a case-by-case basis. If it is determined that the influencer is at fault, we may issue a partial or full refund for the affected portion of the campaign. Please note that this applies only to major errors and not minor discrepancies.
