2. Platform Overview

Cloutin.co is a self-service influencer marketing platform that enables businesses and influencers to connect, manage campaigns, and track performance. We provide tools to facilitate influencer marketing campaigns but do not guarantee specific results or performance outcomes.

3. Acceptable Content

All content created, promoted, or shared on Cloutin.co must comply with the following guidelines: Legal Compliance: Content must not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or the rights of others. Prohibited Content: We do not allow content that promotes violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities. Content containing nudity, explicit materials, or misleading claims is strictly prohibited. Honest Representation: Influencers and businesses must represent themselves truthfully, avoiding false claims, impersonation, or misrepresentation of products or services. Industry-Specific Regulations: All campaigns must comply with relevant industry regulations, such as FTC guidelines for advertising and influencer disclosures. Cloutin.co reserves the right to remove any content that violates these guidelines or that we deem inappropriate for the platform at our sole discretion.

4. Account Suspension and Payment Hold

• Payment Hold: We hold full authority to withhold or release payments. If an account is suspended, we may either refund the payment to the business or process the payment to the influencer based on the situation.
• Business Refunds: In cases where a refund is warranted due to violation of these terms, the remaining wallet balance will be refunded to the business within 14 to 20 business days, except for non-refundable portions reserved for active campaigns (as detailed in our Refund Policy).
• Influencer Payments: Payments to influencers may be withheld pending investigation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity or content violations. If the influencer is found to be at fault, payments may be canceled.

5. Campaign Performance

Cloutin.co is a self-serving platform. The success of your campaign relies on the influencers you choose and how effectively you utilize the platform’s tools.

• Performance Drops: Cloutin.co is not responsible for any performance drops in your campaigns, including but not limited to low engagement, reach, or conversions. We provide access to influencers and analytics but do not guarantee specific outcomes.
• Businesses are solely responsible for selecting the right influencers for their campaigns. We recommend thoroughly reviewing influencer profiles, engagement metrics, and other factors before starting any campaign.

6. Responsibilities of Users

Both businesses and influencers must abide by the following guidelines:

• For Businesses: Ensure that the content provided for influencer campaigns complies with all applicable laws and these Terms. Businesses are responsible for selecting the right influencers and managing their own campaign strategy.
• For Influencers: Influencers must create and publish content that accurately reflects the agreed-upon campaign terms. Influencers must also disclose paid partnerships in compliance with relevant advertising guidelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

Cloutin.co is not liable for any losses, damages, or costs incurred from the use of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, performance issues, or damages caused by influencer behavior. Use of Cloutin.co is at your own risk. The platform and its services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, without any warranties of any kind.

8. Modifications to Terms

Cloutin.co reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the platform after modifications signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in jurisdiction of the courts in Jodhpur, Rajasthan, India..

  • Sharing personal contact details to bypass security measures.
  • Attempting to circumvent reporting, blocking, or safety features.

• 3. Age Restrictions & Verification:
